Shipping policy

Queensland Quests offers two ways to access a Quest: instant digital delivery, or a pre-printed physical Quest booklet posted to you. This policy explains how each works.

1. Digital delivery

1.1 If you purchase a digital Quest, you’ll receive access (by email, access code, or app login, as described on the product page) immediately after your payment is confirmed.

1.2 If you don’t receive your access details within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at hello@queenslandquests.com.

1.3 No physical shipping is involved with digital purchases, and no shipping fee applies.

2. Pre-printed physical Quests

2.1 If you purchase a pre-printed Quest booklet, we’ll prepare and dispatch your order within [X business days] of payment being confirmed.

2.2 We ship within Australia using Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro areas: 3 business days

  • Regional areas: 6 business days

These are estimates only and can be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and peak periods.

2.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your purchase.

2.4 We currently only ship within Australia.

3. Order tracking

We don’t currently offer order tracking. If you’re concerned about your delivery, contact us and we’ll follow up with the carrier.

4. Incorrect delivery details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery, and an additional postage fee may apply.

5. Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

5.1 If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@queenslandquests.com with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier.

5.2 If your parcel arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, this is covered by your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, in line with our Refund Policy.
